Full brand refresh and overhaul of flagship programmes

Rede needed its brand to better reflect its ambition and maturity as the business evolved. I led a full overhaul of the visual identity and design system, redefining how the brand looks and feels while also building out and scaling the creative function to support it properly. Alongside this, I have creative directed Rede’s biggest moments, including the annual RedeConnect conference and the firm’s yearly offsite, developing fully branded concepts each year that bring the brand to life across digital, physical and experiential work. The refreshed identity and programmes are now embedded across the organisation, giving Rede a more confident and distinctive presence in the market.
